Diana Schagerl has been working in the field of patent law since 2021. A central aspect of her work is drafting patent applications and guiding them through the granting process. Her responsibilities also include the efficient management of patent families with property rights in various countries.In this context, she regularly collaborates with foreign correspondent law firms.

Diana also has extensive knowledge in conducting FTO analyses prior to the market launch of new products. She conducts research taking into account the ongoing development process and analyzes third-party property rights with regard to possible risks.

In addition to representing clients in examination proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO), she also acts in opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
