Expertise

Holm Haeske provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and design law. He assists companies with the development, registration and strategic management of intellectual property rights, as well as with their enforcement in litigation.

Cases relating to product piracy, parallel imports and protection against product counterfeiting also fall within his remit.

Holm represents his clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the EUIPO, as well as before all courts, and supports them with cross-border intellectual property strategies.

His clients include major international corporations, as well as SMEs and start-ups from Germany and abroad. Holm advises clients from a wide range of industries, including, for example, companies in the luxury, fashion, technology and consumer goods sectors.
