Expertise

Irina Gints advises national and international companies on intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent infringement litigation.
 
She represents clients in the out-of-court and judicial enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as in the defence against corresponding claims. In addition, she advises on the licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights and on protection against unfair imitation.
 
Irina has experience handling matters across a range of industries, including automotive, information technology, life sciences, mechanical engineering and telecommunications.
 
Outside of her legal practice, Irina enjoys climbing and yoga.
