Expertise

Natalie Vachova supports her clients in the development and registration of intellectual property rights. She provides comprehensive counsel on all matters relating to the protection and enforcement of trademarks, company names and designs, as well as issues in the areas of domain law and platform liability. Her work also involves protection against counterfeiting and product piracy.

She represents her clients in proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) as well as before German courts and the General Court of the European Union (GC).

Natalie studied law in both the Czech Republic and Germany and – as part of her training – also gained additional experience by living and working in Alicante, Spain. Her international outlook enables her to effectively assist clients with complex cross-border strategies.

Her clients include international corporations, as well as medium-sized companies and startups from Germany, Europe, and Silicon Valley. Natalie advises businesses from various industries, including fashion and outdoor, environmental technology, stationery, and gaming.
