Expertise

Pauline Röscheisen is a member of the Life Sciences practice group. Her work focuses in particular on drafting patent applications and handling grant proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. She also works on opposition and nullity proceedings.

Her work also includes preparing FTO and legal opinions, advising on patenting strategies, and managing international patent families. Pauline regularly collaborates with national and international companies, with a focus on Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Her technical expertise covers the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, protein engineering, immunology, and food technology.

Pauline is a member of the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys and the EPI.
