Although the EPO, the EUIPO and the GPTO stay operational, they each have issued information about the impact of and measures relating to the corona virus. The EPO extends certain deadlines until May 4, 2020. At the GPTO and the EUIPO, the time limits are shifted to May 4, 2020.
