According to an agreement between the European Patent Organization and Morocco which enters into force on March 1, 2015, it will be possible to validate European Patent applications and patents in Morocco as of that date. However, this option is only available for European or International applications filed on or after March 1, 2015 and not for applications filed prior to that date or for any European Patents resulting from such later filed applications.
