World Trademark Review: Grünecker again receives gold tier ranking

Grünecker has again been recognised as a gold tier firm in the 2023 WTR 1000 Ranking. The firm, which handles more than 500 mostly cross-border trademark disputes a year is described by the WTR editors as “being up there with the best in the world” and “providing top-notch, practical legal advice, understanding the business goals of their clients and being strong advocates when conflicts arise.” In addition to the gold tier ranking for Grünecker, Maximilian Kinkeldey, Nicolás Schmitz and Holger Gauss were also awarded gold.
