Expertise

André Crusius specialises in patent law and patent infringement.

He primarily advises clients on information and communication technology, energy and battery technology, packaging, and recycling in patent grant and opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. His clients include large international corporations as well as medium-sized German companies.

Furthermore, André is involved in nullity and infringement proceedings with his expertise in patent law.

He also has in-depth knowledge of radiation processes thanks to his many years of scientific work.
