As an experienced patent attorney and European Patent Attorney, Andreas Kayser advises his clients primarily in application, opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court and the European Patent Office.

He also advises his clients in nullity and infringement proceedings. His expertise covers a wide range of technical fields, in particular communications engineering and electronics.

Andreas’s main areas of expertise include image processing, automotive, display technology, medical technology, and software patenting.
