Dipl.-Ing. Christian Meisinger
Expertise
Christian Meisinger primarily handles patent law cases in mechanical engineering. In addition to drafting complex patent applications, his daily tasks include the professional and efficient management of patent grant and validity proceedings (opposition, nullity, cancellation) before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG), and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
He also specialises in enforcing patents and utility models before German patent courts and the UPC.
After over 20 years at Grünecker, Christian has extensive experience in intellectual property law in Germany and Europe. He maintains a vast transnational network of professional colleagues with whom he regularly works for international patent families.
Christian worked for many years on behalf of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys as a supervisor of the working group of patent attorney candidates in Munich. In his work as a lecturer for the FORUM Institut für Management GmbH, he has led numerous seminars on patent law topics.
