Jennifer Rosenhäger advises on trademark and competition law. She supports her clients, particularly in trademark clearance, development, and protection, as well as defence and enforcement before the DPMA, the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), German courts, and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. She also advises on competition law issues.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on providing strategic advice to German and international companies on developing comprehensive filing and enforcement strategies. In doing so, she regularly also serves her clients’ interests by finding efficient out-of-court conflict solutions. She also has extensive expertise in the enforcement of well-known trademarks and the defence of trademarks in cancellation proceedings.
Her client base includes national and international companies from various industries, focusing on financial services, publishing services, the pharmaceutical industry, hardware, software and telecommunications goods, and clothing.
