Mark Peters has over 20 years of experience advising German and international companies on IT and IP law. His practice spans comprehensive counsel on online liability, enforcement and defence of claims in the digital realm, and guidance on adapting to new regulatory landscapes such as the DSM Copyright Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

With a focus on artificial intelligence, Mark emphasises the importance of traditional intellectual property rights and compliance with regulatory standards. His expertise extends to data protection consultation and representation before regulatory authorities. Mark has a broad experience in open-source matters, contract negotiation, and the resolution of software piracy disputes.
