Moritz Höffe’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients in patent litigation and patent granting proceedings. He regularly appears before the European Patent Office, its Boards of Appeal, the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, the German Federal Court of Justice, and the civil courts in patent infringement proceedings. Moreover, Moritz is frequently engaged in cross-border proceedings.

He conducts grant, opposition, and nullity proceedings and advises on licensing and employee inventions law.
