Nicola Busch has been advising German and international companies on intellectual property issues for more than twenty years, particularly in the areas of patent law, utility model and design law, as well as competition and advertising law.
She is specialized in patent law, focusing on mechanical engineering, plant engineering, electrical engineering, and information technology.
Nicola enforces her clients’ rights primarily before German courts and the Unified Patent Court but also handles legal disputes on an international level.
Additionally, Nicola provides strategic advice on intellectual property matters, focusing on product development in light of existing third-party property rights. She also conducts contract negotiations, particularly in research, development, and property rights licensing.
Outside of her legal practice, Nicola is the mother of two sons. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing golf and tennis and actively participates in cultural clubs.
