Olivia Nemethova’s practice is centred on patent prosecution and infringement proceedings in electrical engineering and information technology.
Her expertise encompasses various areas, including mobile communications, networks and protocols, robotics, signal processing, audio and video coding, software, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing.
Olivia regularly represents clients in patent litigation and has extensive experience in both prosecuting and litigating Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), as well as providing strategic advice on patent portfolio management. She draws upon her work experience as a delegate in the 3GPP RAN2 standardisation committee and as a patent portfolio manager in a large company.
She manages grant procedures worldwide and enjoys working with the relevant international patent attorneys. Olivia frequently speaks on topics such as software patents and artificial intelligence.
