Petra Lübbe’s practice focuses on employee invention, patent, and trademark laws.
In the area of employee invention law, Petra has been advising companies and international corporations for many years, particularly on questions of inventor compensation and the structure of compensation systems.
She represents clients in proceedings before the Arbitration Board under the Employee Inventions Act and in court disputes.
Petra manages several international trademark portfolios and advises her clients on registering and enforcing their trademarks. She also assists in drafting and negotiating license agreements in the context of trademark and patent licensing.
