Philipp Strommer’s practice focuses on court enforcement, frequently in the realm of recognised and unconventional trademarks and matters of design and competition law. He provides counsel on strategic trademark development, registration, and contractual affairs.
Philipp has extensive expertise in litigation, product piracy, and anti-counterfeiting measures. He advocates for his clients in all German courts, the DPMA, and the EUIPO and manages cross-border disputes.
He specialises in advertising and internet law, particularly in sectors such as luxury and consumer goods, fashion, automotive, entertainment, medical devices, technology, and (new) media.
He has been an INTA (International Trademark Association) member since 2013 and is active in various committees.
In his spare time, Philipp is passionate about tennis and US sports.
