Expertise

Saeri Kitaura specialises in patent law, particularly in mechanical engineering. Her more than 15 years of professional experience in Japan and Germany make her a highly qualified expert for Japanese clients, especially in handling complex matters like appeals, opposition proceedings, and cases involving intellectual property infringement.

In addition to her original technical specialisation, she offers coordination and communication support. She is also involved in the fields of chemistry and biochemistry. Moreover, she has experience in coordinating multinational litigation.

As a graduate of a UPC course at the Politecnico di Milano, she is very familiar with the UPC system.
