Sebastian Clotten specialises in trademark, design, and competition law. He assists clients with trademark clearance and defends and enforces their trademark rights before the DPMA, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), German courts, and European courts in Luxembourg. Additionally, he offers comprehensive guidance on competition law matters.
Sebastian’s practice focuses on providing strategic advice to German and international companies on the enforcement of their rights in the event of an infringement. In doing so, he regularly serves his client’s interests by finding efficient in and out of court conflict solutions.
