Expertise

Stanislav Lechzier advises German and international companies on all trademark and competition law issues. He supports his clients with trademark applications, enforcement before the trademark offices and courts, and out-of-court dispute resolution. In competition law, Stanislav focuses on the legally compliant implementation of online shops, product advertising, and protection against counterfeiting.

Stanislav also specialises in digitalisation and has expertise in platform liability and regulation, copyright law, and domain arbitration proceedings. He also assists clients in complying with German and European data protection law. To provide the best advice on innovative business models, Stanislav stays updated on technological developments in the digital sector and relevant legislative projects at German and European levels.

Stanislav completed his state law exams at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich (LMU) and the Munich Higher Regional Court. He has been working as an Attorney-at-Law at Grünecker since 2020.

Since 2024, Stanislav is a Certified IP Lawyer.

Stanislav is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the German Bar Association.

Outside of work, Stanislav is passionate about music and loves dogs.
