Udo Weigelt advises in patent law. He has extensive experience in patent grant, opposition and infringement proceedings and represents his international clients before all relevant offices and courts.

His expertise spans from strategic planning of industrial property rights portfolios to the meticulous preparation and processing of expert opinions and technology agreements. Additionally, Udo provides comprehensive support to his clients throughout all stages of due diligence concerning intellectual property rights.

Udo’s affiliations include membership in AIPLA, AIPPI, FICPI, GRUR, LES, the German Physical Society (DPG), and the European Physical Society (EPS).

He holds positions as a board member of ASIIN e.V., a member of the ASIIN Economic Advisory Board, and a board member of the Industry and Business Working Group of the German Physical Society (DPG).
