Valerie Faessler has been working in patent law since 2010, particularly in mechanical engineering, data processing, semiconductor technology and medical technology.

She has extensive experience drafting new patent applications and in patent grant proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices.

Additionally, she routinely manages intricate opposition and nullity proceedings and contributes to contentious proceedings. Another critical aspect of her practice involves preparing expert opinions on matters concerning validity and infringement.

Valerie is a member of GRUR, FICPI and EPI.
