Expertise

Martin Hackler advises German and international clients in and out of court, particularly on enforcing technical property rights. He has already advised on numerous patent infringement and validity proceedings, primarily in mechanical and electrical engineering.

Martin represents his clients before German courts and is admitted as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Additionally, he provides counsel on competition law matters and specialises in drafting contracts related to IP transfers and licensing.

Outside of his legal practice, Martin is passionate about tennis and soccer. He also enjoys hiking in the mountains in his spare time.
